Understanding Your OptionsWhat Is a Legal
Document Assistant?
A Legal Document Assistant (LDA) is a state-licensed professional authorized under California law to prepare legal documents at your specific direction.
We are not attorneys and we do not provide legal advice but we know California court forms inside and out. We prepare everything accurately, completely, and on time, so you can move forward with confidence.
Working with an LDA instead of an attorney can save you thousands of dollars on straightforward, uncontested matters without sacrificing quality or precision.

The Person Behind the PracticeMeet Charliana
Hi, I'm Charliana the person behind Three Keys Legal. I started this practice because I believe everyone deserves access to accurate, professionally prepared legal documents, regardless of whether they can afford an attorney.

Charliana was amazing on the day of signing even as we were delayed in getting some key information to her. We still ended up signing on our scheduled date and couldn't have done it without her support. Would gladly recommend their services.
